This property  has gated security with live-in caretaker, parking space, and walking on a safe area with the local neighbors. Thanks to its central location on the island, it is close to everything you might need.

Pearl Cove Plantation consists of two private homes on the same property, the main house and the guest house, together they can welcome up to 14 adults and 2 kids:

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open.

*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
