* Electricity is private on the island, we provide a cost included (TBC) during your stay. Similarly, water is also valuable, use it wisely. NOTE If the air conditioning remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
* Your credit card on file will be charged 14 days before your arrival, after the cancellation policy is applied (See the rental agreement)

* Very important, in case of cancellation, we inform you that payments made with the credit card at the time of cancellation cannot be refunded by another payment method and the cardholder must claim a transaction dispute at the bank.
Additional charge for Check in or Check out before or after the established time from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, a charge of $100 will be made, confirm your check in or check out one day before your arrival or departure.
